We are in a time of major transformations. These transformations and their processes often present us humans with great challenges, as they bring about a lot of change on all levels. The duality of this planet ensures that we repeatedly go through phases of darkness, be it through strokes of fate, loss or illness. Such phases of life require courage and acceptance on all levels - emotional, physical and spiritual. At the end of such a phase, more light comes into life as a gift for dealing with the dark side. Many such moments in life are about looking inward, renewing ourselves and becoming a better version of ourselves. But it is also about stepping out of duality as a concept of perception and moving into a non-judgmental perception. This powerful transformation phase also challenges us to question the meaningfulness of our existence. This question comes up again and again, especially in relation to planet Earth. On both a large and small scale, society and people themselves are facing major changes that need to be accepted and transformed, but also viewed with humor. Difficult processes are always just phases in life in which it is important to keep the energy high. Be it through affirmations, positive thoughts or prayers, in order to be rewarded with more light at the end and to move into the new with more ease.
